The star is a symbol of a new consciousness, a new culture. Spiritually, we now stand at a new age of consciousness, when a gradual recognition will dawn that those in the physical life must learn to work and create in co-operation with the Universe of Spirit....

In our latest newsletter, we focus on practical ways in which we can all experience the Star and allow the light of the Star to illumine our lives. Sometimes, when the pace of life is especially hectic, we have no time to stand and gaze at the Stars as they shine down on us. If we can make the Star that shines within us a part of our everyday lives, we can try to find peace and blessing, even on our busiest days... Let us work towards that this Spring.

A Star Thought from White Eagle...

"It will help you if you will frequently visualise the Star and the radiation of the Star. Whenever you are depressed, disappointed or unhappy, if you can switch over to the vision of the blazing Star of the spirit, which is always there, always shining, you will find in that contact all you need for your life.

Early Riser... Waking up with the Star

While you are still in bed, picture the Star shining down on you. Bathe in its light. Relax and prepare for your day.

Breathe in deeply. Feel the Star Light permeating your body, even down to your finger tips and toes...

Breathe out your worries about the day ahead. Breathe in peace and confidence that you will be able to achieve all that needs to be done in a quiet and calm way.

Continue this quiet breathing for two or three minutes and end with these affirmations:

I am filled with the peace of the Star.
I am strong in the Star.
Star Light surrounds and protects me. I am safe.
I have my Star to guide me through the day.

(You can repeat these as often as you like, to stay under the Star)
