1. 'I often have to give presentations at work and find that I sometimes feel almost tongue-tied with nerves and what I want to say does not come out clearly. I have found it helps marvellously to do Star breathing just beforehand, and then say clear affirmations, such as: I SPEAK WITH COURAGE AND CONFIDENCE I CAN DO MY BEST THE LIGHT OF THE STAR INSPIRES AND STRENGTHENS ME.'

2. 'I use the Star to help me when I am taking my dog for a walk and she runs off. I picture a line of light from the Star, like a golden lead, coming down to her heart and drawing her back to me, so instead of running away after rabbits, when she has had a little bit of fun, she always is pulled by the magic Star lead back to my side!'

3. 'I even use the Star to help the weather improve! If I know it is important for the weather to be fine for a particular occasion, I see the Star breaking through the clouds or calming down the wind, and picture the sun shining both outwardly and in everybody's hearts. I also use this if the weather forecast is very bad for particular areas and could bring distress through flooding or storms.'

Touched by the Star

We would like to share with you a friend’s inspirational experience.....

I have always tried to connect with and send out the STAR LIGHT and over the years the significance of the Star has been revealed to me more and more, through my own studies. But recently, and this is the point I am writing to share with you, I have been touched by the Star, right in the heart of my being, without, might I add, without any kind of external ceremony, although it was exactly at the hour of 12. I was just musing in the garden, and suddenly was aware of what I can only describe as a cosmic connection with every other sister/brother star person in the galaxy.

It was quite amazing. I felt like I was a part of every other star person in a star galaxy, and every other star person was a part of me—and we know each other as one of the same, but different. And I was in every other single person and I felt every other star person as being part of me. It felt nothing less than a cosmic revelation, a truly shared single spirit/body of oneness. And the feeling keeps growing.

It seems strange, I know, but after a number of years of studying the Star, this experience I know was a connection to countless—beyond number—beings in the light. Beings, people, just kind of ordinary like myself, but absolutely brimming over with joy, light, kindness and giving.

Words are inadequate, and yet I could go on and on trying to describe the feeling—the experience.
